Sassy Cheryl's download(s) are available immediately after your purchase. You will have 5 days to download your purchase(s), with 3 attempts per collection(s).
A link(s) will be provided "RETURN TO SASSY CHERYL'S" at the checkout. Please click on this link and it will redirect you to the site where you will find your download(s). There you will have immediate access to your purchase(s).
To download at a later time, click on My Account and sign-in. Under My Account Information select the order under My Orders. The same information is available under Account History located in the login box on the left hand side of the page.
When doing a download, do a "Save AS" to your computer, not an "Open". These files are stored in sub-folders and will present some problems if opened on the download.
Shipping
No shipping due to the form of the products (downloadable).
Return Policy
No returns due to the form of the products (downloadable). If there is a problem with the product/download, we will certainly work with you to solve the issue. Please take note that there are two (2) kinds of images:
~COLORED IMAGE~ Already Colored images
~STAMP~ Non Colored image (line drawing)
Please pay special attention to this wording when ordering.
File Downloads
Downloads expire in fourteen (14) days and customers will have three (3) download attempts for each file. This is for the protection against fraudulent sharing of Sassy Cheryl's files. If you have a problem with your downloads, please contact me immediately and I will correct any issues. Orders that are 30+ days old will not be reset. Thank you for your understanding and honesty.
