With the purchase of Sassy Cheryl's illustrations and Digital Stamps, you are receiving a limited usage license for yourself or your business. This provides you with the legal permission to use Sassy Cheryl's (copyrighted intellectual property) artwork.
Art that I create is intended for your personal use, but you are allowed to use the illustrations to create cards and projects for sale. Sassy Cheryl's copyright information, must be visible somewhere on the item that you are selling.
Illustrations and Digital Stamps created at Sassy Cheryl's may not be redistributed, including sharing, reselling as individual images or collections, copying or duplicating or reselling online or in a physical shop. Illustrations may not be used to create rubber stamps, digital stamps or websets for resale.
Digital cards may not be used as downloads on your site, as I have here at Sassy Cheryl's, but you may use additional singles, or digital kits to create 'physical' cards. Because of conflicts in copyright, digital stamps that are purchased may not be digitally colored using programs such as Photoshop, Corel, or any other digital programs. All images may be resized, but recoloring of the original colored images is not allowed.
Digitally colored singles are available for use in making cards but may NOT be used to make prints for framing, etc. They also may not be used on sites such as:
Zazzle
CafePress
Greeting Cards Universe, etc.
Digitally colored images may not be used on any commercial site except for your own.
If you wish to use artwork for Commercial purposes in Embroidery Designs, Greeting Cards or in Scrapbooking, Stamp or Marker classes, a one time $50 commercial license is required.
